Groups Experiencing Social and / or Economic Disadvantage
Sound Foundation Community Care makes a particular priority the sponsoring or delivery of activities that support groups who may be experiencing social and/or economic disadvantage.
Examples of charitable activities and grants to date:
- Grant of educational books aimed at improving self worth to a Year 6 class of disadvantaged students in London to support their developing wellbeing.
- Grant to a local community initiative providing food support to the disadvantaged to purchase and donate cooking utensils to enable the donated food to be properly prepared and cooked.
